Uppigintha Ruchi Bere Illa was proved once again with style and substance. In a fitting style to the present generation Upendra and Rockline Venkatesh organized the launch of tri lingual film ‘Symbol’ on Thursday evening at Karnataka State Lawn Tennis Association.

The stadium surrounded by invitees on all the sides with a huge red carpet and center of it are spread with stage in four directions was a glittering evening for thousands of fans, industry personalities and media.

This type of program is possible only from Upendra. Upendra has once again proved lauded the pride producer of Kannada cinema Rockline Venkatesh.

Upendra surprised in his arrivals. Nine speedy imported cars followed one by one and took its stand near the stage. 22 motorbikes also followed later and in one of the Scoda car Upendra got down with a flag that has the symbol of his film. Rock joined on the stage at this time around 8.30 pm. Uppi and Rock thanked the scion of Mysore Srikantadatta Narasimharaja Wodeyar, Chandrasekhara Swamiji, Dr Jayamala, KCN, Ashok Kheney, Alexander, Krishnappa and scores of others from the industry and from the family of Upendra for attending this glittering function.

Upendra thrilled the fans and said all this is for you. I Like It….is said and the crowd cheered. As Upendra held the symbol flag nearly 300 dancers who came to the launch function surrounded him and Rockline. Both of them were lifted and kept on the shoulders.

The team from Mangalore danced to the three songs of Upendra films. Before that the Mangalavadya (drums) from Deva produced some cheer. The clippings of Upendra directed films – Tharle Nan maga, Sshhhh…A and Upendra were shown on the screen for thunderous applause. The laser show was a special treat; Prasad Biddappa was thanked for the fashion show on the occasion.

The well organized function was shown life in U2, 18 cameras captured the glorious event. Dayanand the famous mimicry artist anchored the show.
